Wymagania
- Extensive experience in software testing and test analysis (4+ years).
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Analytical thinking, active listening, and adaptability.
- Hands-on experience with testing ecosystems supporting quality and delivery governance.
- Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of modern web, frontend, backend, and CI/CD practices.
- Proven leadership skills including decision making and influencing stakeholders.
- English and German proficiency at B2 level.
