Production Support Engineer

This position is with one of the world’s largest banks working on stable, long-term projects related to Private Banking systems such as Client Onboarding and Client Reporting.

• Technological background is required.
• Experience in IT support, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or IT infrastructure is an advantage.
• Risk awareness including identification, mitigation, and control.
• Inquisitive nature with a desire to understand issues thoroughly.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, and Linux is an advantage.
• Experience managing incidents, problem records, and change requests in ServiceNow is an advantage.

• Provide production support for Private Banking Client Onboarding system and Client Reporting system.
• Provide incident analysis and collaborate with the development team on solutions.
• Manage incidents and problem records in ServiceNow as a Problem Coordinator.
• Support ongoing technical and process improvements in collaboration with support colleagues, DevOps, and SRE teams.
• Respond to system alerts and take appropriate actions.
• Provide support outside regular office hours as needed, including weekend releases and maintenance.
