• Strong business analysis and requirements management experience of at least 4 years
• Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements workshops
• Experience assessing and rationalizing reporting or analytics portfolios
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured business and functional requirements
• Experience developing process maps, requirements documentation, reporting inventories, and roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills to identify duplication, gaps, inconsistencies, and simplification opportunities
• Ability to operate across business, technology, data, and risk stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency

• Develop a comprehensive inventory of existing reports, dashboards, metrics, and related reporting artifacts
• Research historical reporting and prior requirements to understand intended business needs and audiences
• Assess existing reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, consistency, and business value
• Identify reporting gaps and reports no longer serving meaningful business purposes
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, replace, or decommission reporting
• Identify stakeholder groups and personas consuming or producing reporting
• Conduct structured interviews and workshops to understand business objectives and reporting needs
• Translate stakeholder needs into well-defined business and functional requirements
• Reconcile competing or overlapping requirements to establish a consolidated reporting demand
• Maintain traceability between business needs, requirements, reports, metrics, and outcomes
• Develop target-state reporting portfolio based on requirements and current findings
• Define which reports to create, enhance, consolidate, retain, or decommission
• Prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, stakeholder needs, dependencies, and implementation
• Develop a roadmap sequencing reporting changes for transition from current to future state
• Establish ownership and accountability for reports, metrics, data sources, and requirements
• Define standards for documentation, report definitions, data lineage, and metadata
• Establish sustainable process for managing changes to reports and requirements
• Define periodic review cycles to reassess usage, relevance, accuracy, stakeholder needs, and improvement opportunities
• Establish governance for report retirement to prevent portfolio growth without rationalization
• Maintain a reporting catalog with transparency on availability, ownership, purpose, audience, and status
• Regularly engage stakeholders to ensure reporting supports business and management decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, usability, consistency, and efficiency
• Monitor changing business requirements and translate into reporting enhancements
• Encourage movement from redundant or manual reporting to standardized, sustainable solutions
• Use stakeholder feedback and usage data for periodic portfolio reviews

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
