Reporting Business Analyst

• Minimum 4 years of business analysis and requirements management experience
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements workshops
• Experience assessing and rationalizing reporting or analytics portfolios
• Capability to translate complex business needs into structured business and functional requirements
• Experience developing process maps, requirements documentation, reporting inventories, and roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills to identify duplication, gaps, inconsistencies, and simplification opportunities
• Ability to work across business, technology, data, and risk stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency

• Experience with management reporting, operational risk, technology risk, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or data-intensive environments
• Experience with BI and reporting platforms and understanding of data governance concepts
• Understanding of metric definitions, controls, data quality, lineage, and reporting governance
• Experience in establishing sustainable reporting operating models beyond individual reports

• Develop comprehensive inventory of reports, dashboards, metrics, and reporting artifacts
• Research historical reporting and requirements to understand business needs and use cases
• Assess existing reporting for relevance, duplication, usability, consistency, and business value
• Identify reporting gaps and obsolete or duplicative reports
• Develop recommendations to retain, enhance, consolidate, replace, or decommission reports
• Identify stakeholder groups that consume or produce reporting
• Conduct structured interviews and workshops to understand business objectives and reporting needs
• Translate stakeholder needs into business and functional requirements
• Reconcile competing requirements and establish consolidated reporting demand
• Maintain traceability between business needs, requirements, reports, metrics, and outcomes
• Develop target-state reporting portfolio and define reports to create, enhance, consolidate, retain, or decommission
• Prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, stakeholder need, dependencies, and implementation considerations
• Develop a roadmap sequencing reporting changes for transition from current to future state
• Establish ownership and accountability for reports, metrics, data sources, and requirements
• Define standards for documentation, report definitions, business logic, data lineage, and metadata
• Establish sustainable processes for managing changes and periodic reviews of reporting
• Define governance for report retirement to avoid uncontrolled portfolio growth
• Maintain reporting catalog with transparency on ownership, purpose, audience, and status
• Engage stakeholders regularly to ensure reporting supports decision-making
• Identify opportunities for improving reporting quality, usability, consistency, and efficiency
• Monitor changing business requirements and update the reporting portfolio accordingly
• Promote movement toward standardized, sustainable reporting solutions
• Use stakeholder feedback and usage data to inform portfolio reviews

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
