Senior Business Analyst

• Advanced English communication skills, verbal and written
• 3+ years of IT industry experience and international client collaboration
• Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and 1+ year Agile experience
• Experience establishing Business Analysis processes including elicitation, decomposition, modeling, change management
• Expert knowledge in requirements lifecycle management including traceability and prioritization
• Experience in UML and BPMN modeling
• Advanced knowledge of solution roadmap definition and backlog management
• Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and prototyping software
• Strong awareness of IT industry trends, digitalization, and business process optimization
• Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues and provide constructive feedback
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership during Discovery or Pre-sales phases
• Desirable: understanding of architectural types, databases, writing queries
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs (REST), API contracts, request/response models, error handling, and service dependencies
• Good understanding of data modeling, data schemas, types, constraints, versioning
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous processing flows

• Analyze capability gaps and propose strategic improvement methods and tailored solutions
• Identify and define core business needs and stakeholder impact
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, and teams to build shared solutions
• Manage communication of requirements tailored to project and stakeholder needs
• Facilitate and moderate meetings and workshops for consensus and decision-making
• Govern solution scope by tracking and resolving changes and conflicts
• Prioritize requirements and manage their allocation, including non-functional requirements and constraints
• Mentor and develop other analysts upon request
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to corporate knowledge base
• Partner with Product Managers on product strategy to ensure long-term value
• Evaluate and optimize business analysis processes for continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain requirements lifecycle processes from inception to delivery
• Oversee solution implementation and acceptance testing
• Champion customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
