TSS is a company operating in the fields of Software Development, FinTech, and AI, designing advanced systems and innovative solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect in a large and complex organizational environment.
• Experience in projects related to IT architecture transformation or implementation of Enterprise Architecture.
• TOGAF 9 Practitioner or ArchiMate 3 Practitioner certification.
• Practical knowledge of the TOGAF framework, especially the ADM methodology.
• Experience with the Enterprise Architect tool.
• Ability to model architecture using ArchiMate, UML, and BPMN notation.
• Experience in developing and managing product, service, or IT solution roadmaps.
• Knowledge of IT management standards and best practices such as ITIL and COBIT.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile.
• Good understanding of software engineering and IT systems lifecycle.
• Understanding of business and system analysis in IT solution design.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently in a complex organizational environment.
• Highly developed analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to combine technological perspective with business needs.
• Experience cooperating with technical teams, business teams, and management.

• Creating and developing technological and product roadmaps supporting organizational growth.
• Defining architectural standards and recommending IT environment development directions.
• Analyzing the impact of business and technological changes on existing organizational architecture.
• Collaborating with business, analytical, project, development, and maintenance teams.
• Providing advice to stakeholders and management regarding architectural and technological decisions.

Administrator przetwarza dane obowiązkowe na podstawie ciążącego na nim obowiązku prawnego, zaś w zakresie danych dodatkowych podstawą przetwarzania jest zgoda. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
