IT Analyst

• At least 2–4 years of experience as an IT Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Experience in business and data modelling
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles
• Good knowledge of the banking or financial services sector
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Good understanding of complex system architectures and integration patterns
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Gather, analyse, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for business and technology initiatives
• Drive assigned workstreams and support change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, developers and business representatives within a SAFe Agile environment
• Perform business analysis, system analysis and data analysis to support solution design and decision-making
• Work with large and complex datasets to identify business needs, dependencies and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain business documentation, process flows and data models
• Support the development and maintenance of banking solutions within the Deposits Domain
• Facilitate workshops and communication between business and IT stakeholders
• Contribute to application modernization, simplification and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards, scalability requirements and business objectives
