Forward Deployed Engineer

Link Group operates in AI, focusing on advanced Generative AI and multi-agent system solutions.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack or AI/ML software engineering with a strong production delivery record.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI patterns, including agents, multi-agent frameworks, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with Agentic Ecosystem components such as Model Context Protocol servers, headless/background agents, and harness engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or equivalent languages.
• Prior experience in startup, R&D labs, or fast-paced innovation environments emphasizing speed to market.
• Daily use and mastery of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Databricks AI Assistant, Cursor).

Nice to have:

• Experience working in regulated industries like Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks such as GxP, GDPR, or SOX.

• Architect, build, and deploy sophisticated GenAI solutions, including multi-agent orchestration systems, autonomous headless agents, harness engineering, and advanced RAG architectures.
• Write clean, production-grade code across the stack using Python alongside TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar modern languages.
• Build, extend, and maintain MCP servers and agent tooling to connect AI agents with external systems, APIs, and data stores.
• Turn rough sketches and concepts into robust, working software quickly while maintaining quality.
• Use AI coding assistants as the primary development interface to maintain high development velocity.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent performance, accuracy, hallucination rates, and latency in production environments.
