IT Business Analyst

Their competencies include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services, and AI & Data Enablement.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst.
• Good understanding of operational data flows and system integrations including APIs, data sources, and transformations.
• Hands-on experience in data mapping (source-to-target) and data analysis; SQL is a plus.
• Ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and systems simultaneously.
• Experience supporting access management, configuration, and integrations.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level and communicative Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with billing platforms.
• Managed services (AMS).
• Data ingestion (ETL).
• BPMN/UML knowledge.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Work with service owners and operations teams to understand and document billing models.
• Clarify billing requirements and identify service and usage data needed for invoicing.
• Identify, onboard, and validate data sources in the billing platform.
• Define mappings between service usage, pricing models, and billable items, including converting production volumes into billing transactions.
• Clarify matters related to APIs, access and credentials, integrations, data ownership, and source system requirements.
• Coordinate work across service owners, operations, billing, and development teams, including preparing requirements for implementation and assessing automation opportunities.
• Analyse and reconcile datasets and explain discrepancies.
