Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Senior Data Analyst, Senior BI Analyst, or related role.
- Strong SQL skills including writing, optimizing queries, and analyzing complex data models.
- Experience with BI tools, especially Tableau, Looker Studio, and Grafana or similar.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to organize own work, prioritize tasks, and manage end-to-end analytical projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into understandable information for non-technical people.
- Understanding of data modeling processes and building scalable analytical structures.
- Aspiration to take on leadership roles in the future.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with analytic databases such as DuckDB and working with data in Iceberg format.
- Experience with dbt.
- Knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries.
- Experience using the AWS ecosystem (Glue/Athena).
Obowiązki
- Build and develop the data ecosystem within the organization.
- Identify, acquire, and integrate appropriate data sources to support business process analysis.
- Model data and create logical analytical layers for intuitive data usage.
- Design and create reports and dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Perform in-depth ad hoc analyses and prepare recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with representatives from product, marketing, sales, and operations to understand their needs and deliver valuable insights.
- Participate in optimization projects and support A/B testing.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and availability of data across the organization.
- Educate teams on data usage and analytical tools.
- Prepare to initiate and scale the Data Department in the future.
