Group Technology at Nordea engineers solutions driving the Bank's transformation by providing a holistic technological view and understanding of its environment. The Equity DevOps team manages equity trading platforms offering order management, exchange connectivity, risk and position management, and low-latency market making across equity cash products, derivatives, and funds. This role is part of Application Maintenance and Equity DevOps teams, focusing on supporting trading applications and delivering business value through projects and maintenance.
Wymagania
- Business understanding of Order Management Systems (Electronic Trading) in Capital Markets domain (MUST)
- Hands-on experience with Python (MUST)
- Knowledge of Front Arena or deep equity trading domain expertise
- Knowledge of FIX protocol
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of application/development lifecycle
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in high-paced environments
- Analytical thinker with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility in tasks (operations, development, analysis)
- Good at prioritizing and self-managing workload
- Nice to have: intermediate level SQL
- Nice to have: monitoring experience

- Component upgrades in Front Arena space
- Refining and decoupling legacy flows (Front Arena)
- Performance improvements of OMNI and Front Arena
- Handling complex issues involving multiple teams
- Working with Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Simplifying and modernizing trading applications
- Managing automation projects for supported applications and environment
- Maintaining and expanding business flow monitoring
- Creating and updating knowledge base
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders (Traders)
- Translating business requirements into IT language ensuring timely delivery
- Participating in multiple projects within the area
- Communicating with vendor support teams
