Agentic AI (Global Delivery Simplification), Managing Director

State Street is a global financial services company supporting institutional investors with risk management and performance enhancement. The position is within Global Delivery and focuses on Agentic AI transformation, enablement, and delivery in a regulated environment.

• 15+ years leading enterprise transformation, technology platforms, product organizations, or strategic delivery portfolios, preferably in financial services.
• Experience scaling AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, automation, or digital platforms in regulated environments.
• Understanding of Transaction Processing operations including Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, and Custody.
• Proven ability in designing operating models, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and progressing products from concept to enterprise adoption.
• Experience managing global teams, stakeholders, budgets, and multi-year programs.
• Executive-level communication and influence with Boards, Executive Committees, risk and control functions, auditors, or regulators.
• Working knowledge of cloud, data architecture, AI governance, model lifecycle management, security, and resilient platform engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional relevant qualifications in transformation, product, programme, Agile, data, or AI are advantageous.

• Define Agentic AI transformation strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Establish intake, assessment, and prioritization of use cases.
• Shape enterprise platform and product strategy including reusable agents, orchestration, data, and knowledge capabilities.
• Provide executive oversight of POD mobilisation, delivery cadence, milestones, quality standards, and MVP readiness.
• Remove blockers across various functions while maintaining business ownership.
• Define simplification of work, decision-making, controls, and structures including human-agent collaboration.
• Connect delivery with process re-engineering, workforce transformation, and change adoption.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, sustainable, and operationally ready.
• Enable structured transition from MVP to business-led implementation with clear ownership and outcome measures.
• Ensure alignment with AI governance, model risk, data, security, compliance, audit, and control requirements.
