AI-Augmented Full-Stack Software Engineer

• Maximum of 2–3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Solid grasp of C# and ASP.NET Core with understanding of REST APIs and Dependency Injection.
• Proficiency in React; familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, comfortable reviewing AI-generated code.
• Comfortable with Visual Studio or VS Code and willing to use Cursor IDE for AI-assisted coding.
• Basic experience with Azure and understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of SonarCloud or similar static analysis tools and willingness to use CodeRabbit for AI reviews.
• Ability to write unit tests using tools like xUnit or JUnit.
• Ability to interpret Figma designs and implement styles accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and engineering judgement to assess AI-generated implementations for technical correctness and maintainability.

• Deliver and maintain full-stack features using C#/.NET and React/Next.js, working with AI coding agents to turn business requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Use AI-driven tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to create and refine implementation plans, guide execution, and review implementations.
• Contribute to cloud resource management in Azure using Terraform scripts and maintain existing Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Monitor and act on feedback from CodeRabbit and SonarCloud to improve code quality before manual review.
• Work with AI agents to create and execute unit and integration tests using xUnit and Jest, analyze results, investigate failures, and verify requirements.
• Operate within a Microservices and Microfrontend architecture, understanding system communication and impact of changes.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive components using the company's Design System with AI assistance.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide feedback during technical and code reviews.
