AI Web Developer

Acclaim is an AI-native web agency of 20+ people building fast websites that turn visitors into leads and helping brands show up in AI search. The team works remotely from Poland and the Philippines using WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and headless stacks. Clients are mostly B2B SaaS and e-commerce teams in the US and Europe, including white-label projects for other agencies.

• Commercial experience in web development building websites and applications from scratch
• Strong knowledge of at least one of: PHP, React, Node.js, Python
• Practical experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar
• Ability to write clean code independently and understand AI-generated code
• Experience using AI to build complete applications and websites
• Knowledge of setting up development environments, configuring dependencies, and integrating services
• Experience integrating websites with WordPress, Webflow, or Framer
• Ability to choose appropriate technologies based on project and client needs
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and improve AI-generated code
• Ability to work independently, experiment with new tools, and find smarter development methods
• Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering working solutions
• Understanding of code quality, security, and maintainability standards, especially when working with AI
• Good communication skills including English proficiency at least B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience building AI agents that use tools and complete tasks autonomously
• Hands-on experience with RAG, integrating AI with company documents, data or knowledge bases
• Experience in business automations saving time in sales, support, or reporting
• Experience with CRO projects including analytics, A/B tests, and conversion improvements
• Understanding of SEO and AI SEO, including ranking in Google and citation by AI tools

• Building websites, web applications, and custom digital tools from scratch
