Technical Writer

CSHARK Sp. z o.o. works with clients in financial services, focusing on debt management, insolvency, and loan servicing software solutions.

• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in writing technical documentation for software products, preferably in complex domains.
• Ability to quickly understand new tools, systems, and technical concepts.
• Familiarity with structured authoring and content tools such as Oxygen Editor, FrameMaker, and RoboHelp.
• Experience or working knowledge of markup languages including XML, HTML, or SGML.
• Understanding of documentation standards such as DITA and content management systems.
• Ability to produce visuals or diagrams representing data flows or system architecture.
• Confidence in collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in lending, debt collection, or financial services domain is preferable but not essential.

Nice to have:

• Experience with content management systems.

• Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for financial software products.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and subject-matter experts to gather and verify information.
• Translating technical and domain-specific language into user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
