Senior AI Engineer

Radbrackets Sp. z o.o. is a boutique software house focused on quality, primarily employing JVM specialists with a preference for Kotlin. The company operates fully remotely and collaborates on a fintech project aimed at building operational infrastructure for next-generation private markets by integrating AI automation with regulatory knowledge into a unified platform.

• 6+ years experience as a TypeScript developer.
• 2+ years experience building AI agents using TypeScript.
• Proven experience evaluating AI agents and RAG pipelines, including testing and metrics.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps concepts such as monitoring latency/costs, tracing, versioning, and production observability.
• Documented expertise in semantic search including text chunking and embedding creation.
• Ability to prepare demos suitable for sales presentations.
• Familiarity with the Mastra framework.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical people.
• Solid knowledge of system design principles, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in CI/CD environments and understanding related challenges.
• Skilled in preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ability to design complex information systems.

• Design and implement AI agents and RAG pipelines with autonomous solutions based on LLM models using the Mastra framework.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models through test suites, quality metrics (LLM-as-judge), and regression testing of prompts.
• Maintain LLMOps processes including monitoring latency and cost, versioning prompts/models, and tracing LLM calls for observability.
• Develop semantical search architectures including vector databases, text chunking strategies, and embedding generation.
• Build backend application logic embedding AI safely and scalably with TypeScript and Node.js for an international fintech platform.
• Prototype functional demos for client presentations and translate complex AI technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Work is fully remote in English language environment for an international fintech client.
