Solutions Delivery Lead

• 4+ years hands-on experience with digital data sources including social listening, search keyword data, ratings, and reviews.
• Writing and maintaining production Boolean queries in Youscan, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, NetBase, or Meltwater within the last two years.
• Building search keyword lists from scratch, including expanding, de-noising, and bucketing for a category.
• MDM/taxonomy experience creating product/brand taxonomies, category trees, attribute coding frameworks, or review classification schemas.
• Background in consumer insights from insights agencies, social listening or market research vendors, or client-side consumer market intelligence teams.
• Strong Excel skills including pivots, lookups, text functions, and handling large datasets (100k+ rows).
• Comfortable building and evolving processes during execution.

• Create, accept or reject briefs. Interrogate scope with Client Success and push back early where a brief is ambiguous or undeliverable.
• Design the configuration (tools, categories, markets) and translate it into concrete data-gathering requirements.
• Run the build end to end, directing 2-4 Digital Analysts and contractors without line management.
• Get hands-on in the data; write and test Boolean queries in Brandwatch/Talkwalker/Youscan, build and de-noise keyword lists using Semrush/Ahrefs/Google Trends/Keyword Planner, and perform MDM/taxonomy coding.
• Own QA and sign-off; check output against the brief and dashboard data and coordinate feedback to Visualisation.
• Hand over cleanly to monthly refresh and stay close for the initial refresh cycles.
• Turn bespoke into templated; identify patterns from one-offs and document them.
