IT Trainer (Microsoft 365)

• 1–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, communications, HR, change management, or a similar people-focused role.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions for business audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in change management and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one additional language: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch/Flemish, or Arabic.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management or relevant certifications.

• Support change management activities during Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 projects.
• Prepare and deliver communication materials, user guides, presentations, and training content.
• Facilitate virtual and onsite training sessions, workshops, and information meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and support adoption initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating change and communication activities across different teams and locations.
• Gather user feedback and help identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and adoption.
• Support project teams during implementation and post-go-live activities.
