- Proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs with multi-year, multi-million EUR budgets and full budget and delivery accountability.
- Experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments.
- Ownership, decisiveness, ability to work independently, and ability to make informed trade-off decisions.
- Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset focused on outcomes.
- Practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks such as PMP and SAFe; certifications are a plus, not a requirement.
- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Obowiązki
- Lead large, complex software programs for international clients from initiation through full delivery, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes.
- Define and own program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee multi-stream program delivery and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Manage dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and selected external partners.
- Identify program-level risks, define mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.
- Establish and execute change management processes, maintaining traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contractual agreements.
- Build relationships with clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and support Delivery Managers, aligning them with program goals, delivery standards, and ways of working.
- Build and lead program teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.

- Work from the European Union and a work permit are required.
- Willingness to work from India during the first three months of the programme, either continuously or for at least 2–3 weeks during the initial months.
- Frequent business trips to India are required thereafter, with frequency tailored to the programme’s needs.
