Wymagania
- Hands-on experience working with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including daily use of AI agents and setting boundaries on AI-generated work.
- Deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to design, build, and operate high-traffic consumer mobile apps used by millions, with an understanding of their impact on software architecture, dependencies, and business value.
- Deep mobile engineering expertise, including experience across the app release cycle, test automation, on-device performance, and platform UX conventions.
- Take full ownership, have a bias to ship, and finish the last twenty percent.
- Have product sense and support opinions about what should be built and why with data and user evidence.
Obowiązki
- Lead the app experience and own metrics reflecting quality for mobile customers, including retention, crash-free sessions, and conversion.
- Work beyond your specialization when the problem demands it.
- Instrument, monitor, and improve systems in production.
- Take customer problems, form a point of view, validate it with customers and data, and ship solutions using AI.
- Take features from RFC to production, roll them out gradually across markets with feature flags, and measure impact through analytics events and A/B tests.
- Help shape architecture across the tribe, including navigation, state management, and module boundaries.
