Integration Support Engineer (Azure)

• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, and API Management (APIM).
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and messaging architectures.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills within cloud-based environments.
• Ability to analyze integration issues and drive them to resolution.
• Experience working in distributed, enterprise-scale environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-204, AZ-305, or AZ-400, or similar.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Scope of Services:

• Provide operational support for Azure-based integration solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to integration services.
• Support and maintain Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, and APIM components.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and IaC principles.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on deployments, upgrades, and platform improvements.
• Contribute to operational excellence, system reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
