Scrum Master IT Project Manager

The role is within the banking industry, focusing on project delivery for the HCIB team, with projects in Israel.

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies, Agile ceremonies, and JIRA.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Technical background in data-related projects or technologies.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support Agile teams in applying Scrum principles and continuously improving delivery processes.
• Manage and track project activities, sprint progress, and team performance using JIRA.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across business and technical teams.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.

Work mode is hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Kraków office (on-site presence is essential). Contract type is B2B. Project language is English. Only full-time workload (40 hours per week). Recruitment involves a 1-hour technical interview on Zoom with the hiring manager.
