The role is within the banking industry, focusing on IT infrastructure and operations, specifically leveraging ServiceNow in automation in network and firewall environments.

• Strong ServiceNow expertise, particularly in workflow design and API integration.
• Experience with ServiceNow Business Rules creation and customization.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab.
• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and dashboards.
• Strong networking and firewall technology knowledge.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Integration and management of GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines for automation.
• Deployment of target configurations and workflows based on change management processes.
• Automated generation of change validation documentation.
• Documentation in compliance with FI-TS standards and conducting training sessions.
