Technical Business Analyst - AI & Automation | Paris (h/f)

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years as a Technical Business Analyst on large, complex banking technology programmes.
• Advanced SQL, with the ability to analyse, validate and test data independently.
• Proven experience on AI or automation initiatives.
• A track record working with several engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
• Solid grounding in Agile delivery and technical SDLCs.
• Financial services or capital markets experience is essential.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Generative AI, machine learning or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with data governance and regulatory standards in banking.

Tasks & Deliverables:

• Meet senior stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points.
• Work across technology teams to gather requirements and assess feasibility.
• Define, document and prioritise AI and automation use cases that fit existing platform capabilities.
• Build clear current-state and target-state process flows.
• Turn business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
• Lead backlog creation, refinement and prioritisation with Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Test delivered solutions hands-on, including SQL-based data validation.
• Present recommendations, trade-offs and delivery options to senior stakeholders.
• Make sure delivery meets enterprise technology, data and risk standards.
