Obowiązki
- Create and maintain workflows in ServiceNow, integrating automation scripts, APIs, and components.
- Design, configure, and administer a ServiceNow orchestration platform, including status dashboards.
- Customize Ansible playbooks for Software Defined Networking (SDN).
- Integrate and manage GitLab-based CI/CD pipelines for automation.
- Deploy target configurations and workflows based on change management processes.
- Generate change validation documentation automatically.
- Document in compliance with FI-TS standards and conduct training sessions.
