DevOps Engineer (F/M)

• Deep experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on daily experience building and maintaining OpenShift clusters, rather than only deploying to them.
• Experience setting up and configuring cloud networking.
• At least 3–4 years of DevOps experience, particularly with Azure DevOps, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding and experience of Agile-based development methodologies.
• Experience working with business partners and non-IT customers.
• Experience integrating with external or third-party systems.
• Understanding of IT security.
• Degree or equivalent in IT, computing, or a similar discipline.

Optional:

• Azure certification.

• Configure and administer Azure DevOps for teams to run agile sprints and deploy secure, quality software.
• Create and maintain build and release processes using YAML for multiple agile teams and development, test, and production environments on-premises and in Azure.
• Create and deploy secure BICEP code for infrastructure and configurations within Azure.
• Ensure compliance with Azure Security Center and Azure Policy.
• Recommend solutions and process improvements while adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
• Adopt and implement containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Analyse system unavailability and poor performance, including their impact on customers and staff.
• Share knowledge within the project team.
