Wymagania
- Technical degree and solid foundations in software engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Java/JVM-based technologies.
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Kubernetes and Angular or React.
- Ability to write unit tests with JUnit and Mockito, and experience working with microservice-oriented architectures.
- Experience with relational databases (MS SQL/Oracle) or non-relational databases (Redis/MongoDB).
- Practical experience with CI/CD and version control systems.
- Communicative English and German at a minimum B1 level.
- Hands-on experience in AI/GenAI, including practical use of LLMs, RAG patterns and agentic workflows in production or near-production environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a tech lead role.
Obowiązki
- Design, develop and implement backend applications using Java and modern JVM technologies.
- Create solutions based on good engineering practices, including Clean Code, SOLID, TDD and DDD.
- Integrate applications with components deployed in Kubernetes environments.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Enable AI-assisted engineering, for example with GitHub Copilot, and run code reviews for quality, security and prompt patterns.
- Work in agile, international teams and contribute to shared best practices.
- Participate in architecture design and code reviews.
- Support less-experienced engineers and share knowledge within the team.
