• Excellent written English and the ability to write naturally for different audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data consistency across platforms.
• Familiarity with Reddit and Quora community norms.
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes while flagging ideas for improvement.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Business Profile or local SEO.
• Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
• Interest in how AI search is changing digital marketing.

• Set up, verify, and maintain business profiles on Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, and YellowPages.
• Keep the business name, address, and phone number (NAP) consistent across listings, and audit them regularly for inconsistencies.
• Write clear, conversational business descriptions and profile content that match how people phrase questions to AI assistants.
• Participate in communities such as Reddit and Quora by answering questions, sharing expertise, and representing the brand transparently.
• Encourage and manage customer reviews on platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot, and respond to reviews professionally.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft content, research questions people ask, and speed up routine work.
• Track where and how the brand appears in AI-generated answers and local search results, and report on progress monthly.
• Support basic SEO tasks, such as updating website content and keywords as directed.
