- At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems; proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to write high-quality code that is easy for others to understand and use.
- Comfortable navigating a large codebase, debugging others’ code, and providing feedback through code reviews.
- Ability to turn a simple problem or business scenario into a solution involving multiple software components, and to implement it with clear, well-tested, extensible code.
- Demonstrated ownership of professional growth, including proactively seeking feedback from the team, manager, and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team.
Obowiązki
- Break down larger projects into tasks, deliver them in phases, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during ideation; communicate technical constraints and help make decisions that account for risks and trade-offs.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics and escalating when needed.
- Participate in team growth and development activities, including the interview process.

- Base pay includes a stated range of 259,000 zł–379,000 zł.
