Join a senior delivery team modernizing a business-critical platform in the aviation industry. The role combines business and systems analysis with product ownership, translating business needs into requirements and a prioritized delivery backlog. Wymagania
- At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Systems Analyst, ideally on legacy modernization, migration, or integration projects.
- Experience with As-Is / To-Be analysis, including reconstructing existing systems and processes and designing and documenting the target state.
- Ability to read code, ideally Java / Spring, and write SQL using Oracle or PostgreSQL to understand existing logic, profile data, and verify assumptions.
- Strong process-modeling skills, including BPMN, swimlanes, data-flow diagrams, and integration diagrams; experience documenting business rules and data mappings.
- Experience defining portals or internal tools from the business side, including user roles, journeys, wireframes (e.g. Figma, Miro), and functional specifications for front-end and API teams.
- Good understanding of modern cloud architectures, ideally Azure, integrations, REST APIs, and data platforms such as Databricks.
- Hands-on backlog management experience, including writing user stories and testable acceptance criteria using Jira / Confluence or equivalent.
- Comfortable working on business-critical operational systems where downtime and errors have direct real-world impact.
- Experience using AI assistants to speed up analysis, documentation, and code comprehension.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (C1), including leading workshops with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

- Gather requirements, clarify expectations, and translate business needs into clear product direction.
- Take ownership of an existing product backlog and support its ongoing development.
- Structure, prioritize, and refine initiatives, epics, and user stories with the development team.
- Support sprint planning and backlog refinement, and define acceptance criteria for delivered functionality.
- Coordinate dependencies, contribute to PI Planning objectives, and support product roadmap execution.
- Validate delivered features against agreed quality standards and support functional testing.
- Monitor progress, identify risks or delivery challenges, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Understand existing systems and operational processes, design the target state, and translate business needs into clear requirements and a prioritized delivery backlog.
