Agile Coach

Must-have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience applying them in large organizations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including in distributed environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering workshops and trainings.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Independence, flexibility, and very good work organization.
• Proactive attitude and ability to engage stakeholders from different areas of the organization.

Nice to have:

• Higher education, preferably in IT.
• Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office tools.
• Experience working in retail or e-commerce environments, or on large-scale products.

• Support product and technology teams in applying Agile methodologies day to day.
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team effectiveness and workflow.
• Work with Product Owners, leaders, and stakeholders to improve value delivery.
• Coach leaders and teams in Agile mindset, ownership, and ways of working.
• Diagnose areas for change and support Agile transformation at team and organizational levels.
• Facilitate Scrum events and model best practices.
• Co-create and organize product roadmap planning.
• Introduce effectiveness metrics and tools to monitor them.
• Build and standardize processes and best practices.
• Ensure smooth information flow between teams, IT, and business.
