As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support Agile delivery for development teams in a complex Financial Services environment. You will facilitate collaboration and improve the application of Scrum and Agile practices across distributed teams.
Wymagania
- At least 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
- Very good knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and team-management capabilities.
- Experience working with distributed delivery teams.
- Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and Mural.
- Very good command of English.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to LeSS or Nexus.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking.
- Scrum/Agile certifications such as PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, ICP-ACC, or equivalent.

Project scope:
- Support development teams in applying Scrum and Agile practices effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.
- Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile ways of working.
- Support delivery across distributed Agile teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and effective Agile practices.
- Support communication, coordination, and reporting around delivery.
