Scrum Master

• Knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices, with experience delivering within an Agile team.
• A solution-focused, proactive approach to problem-solving and removing blockers, including experience handling conflicting stakeholder demands.
• Competence using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to build relationships and trust.
• Excellent communication skills to understand the team's issues and help find solutions.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
• Ability to act as part of the team and put the team's needs first.

Nice to have:

• Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM or equivalent).
• Background in Digital Marketing.
• Project Management experience.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies appropriate for Scrum or Kanban and support the use of best-practice techniques to maximise delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and educate stakeholders and the team to increase Agile knowledge and understanding.
• Support the adoption and implementation of Agile principles and practices and the team's maturity.
• Identify areas for improvement in the Delivery Team and enable the team to implement planned changes.
• Create an environment of change for the team.
• Challenge business stakeholders to approach products and deliverables incrementally in support of Agile delivery methods.
• Produce metrics to measure progress against product or project development and team performance, and propose changes to ways of working when required.
• Initiate, plan, and deliver projects.
• Manage end-to-end projects with the business.
• Manage project budgets.
