Tech PM/DM

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of overall experience in software engineering and technology delivery.
• Previous hands-on software development experience in at least two of Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience leading delivery within complex software engineering organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and system architecture.
• Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), and Identity-Aware Proxy.
• Experience working in DevOps and DevSecOps environments.
• Experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, and cross-team initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with project delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to assign work, manage priorities, coordinate technical teams, and partner effectively with technical leads.
• Able to balance delivery commitments, system stability, security requirements, and business objectives in collaborative environments involving multiple stakeholders and teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with Security-by-Design practices.
• Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure costs and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering performance measurements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a holistic approach to delivery and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize work across Backend, Frontend, Platform, and SRE teams.
• Manage sprint health, delivery execution, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to deliver technical initiatives.
• Support risk management, compliance activities, and delivery governance.
• Ensure DevSecOps principles, security controls, and compliance requirements are embedded in the delivery process.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams maintain focus on delivery objectives.
• Remove blockers and enable teams to deliver efficiently.
• Drive continuous improvement using engineering and delivery metrics.
• Contribute to project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Guide teams through the adoption of modern cloud-native and open-source solutions.
