Wymagania

At least 3 years of experience creating Environment or Prop Art in AAA game development, including at least one AAA title credited to you.
Strong understanding of next-generation asset creation workflows.
Deep understanding of art fundamentals and design, with a keen eye for composition, shape, colour and detail.
Exceptional understanding of form, structure and silhouette in modelling.
Strong texturing and painting skills.
Good knowledge of 3D packages such as Blender or 3DsMax.
Proficiency in Zbrush, Photoshop and Substance 3D Painter.
Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

Good knowledge of the gaming industry.
Knowledge of Substance Designer or SpeedTree.
Animation and/or rigging skills.

Obowiązki

Create high-quality 3D models and textures.
Integrate 3D assets into the game engine according to technical requirements, ensuring technical and artistic quality.
Create environments and set dressing based on concept art and references.
Work with the Art Lead and senior team members to bring the artistic vision to life.
Collaborate with other departments to help create the best player experience possible.
Work with Production to ensure time estimates are accurate and achievable.
Support asset outsourcing by gathering references and creating prototype 3D models.
