Configure and support OpenText VIM for invoice automation and Accounts Payable processes across international enterprise projects. Work on implementations, rollouts, upgrades and support, collaborating with finance and technical teams, including SAP functional teams.

Wymagania

3+ years of OpenText VIM consulting experience.
Strong understanding of Vendor Invoice Management processes.
Experience integrating OpenText VIM with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) business processes.
Experience across the full project lifecycle, including implementations, rollouts or support projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.

Nice to have:

Polish is a plus.

Obowiązki

Gather business requirements and translate them into OpenText VIM solutions.
Configure and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade and optimisation projects.
Work with business stakeholders, finance teams and technical consultants.
Support invoice workflow configuration, approval processes and exception handling.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, particularly SAP FI/MM.
Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities, including SIT, UAT and hypercare.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing functional support.
