Podsumowanie oferty

Build low-latency C++ components for an exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platform in the financial / algorithmic trading domain. The work covers trading features, automated testing, production reliability, and support.

Wymagania

Strong grasp of modern C++ (C++14/17 minimum; C++20 is a plus), including multithreading, memory management, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
Solid Linux development experience, including gdb, perf, strace, and shell scripting.
Experience writing and maintaining C++ unit tests and working with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework.
Working knowledge of Python for test automation, tooling, or scripting.
Proficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Ansible for configuration management.
Experience providing L3 production support for mission-critical systems, including incident triage and root-cause analysis.
Comfortable using AI coding assistants such as Copilot as part of a daily development workflow.

Nice to have:

Low-latency techniques, including lock-free data structures, kernel bypass (DPDK/Solarflare), cache-aware design, and NUMA tuning.
Performance analysis tools such as perf, VTune, flame graphs, and micro-benchmarking frameworks such as Google Benchmark.
Understanding of CPU caches, branch prediction, memory hierarchy, NICs, and how hardware characteristics shape software design.
Experience with financial protocols such as FIX, ITCH, OUCH, or native exchange APIs.
Prior work on exchange connectivity, smart order routing, or execution algorithms.
Experience building or integrating MCP servers, or automating developer workflows with AI tooling.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Corvil, Geneos, and PCAP analysis.

Obowiązki

Design, develop, and optimise low-latency C++ components for an exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platform serving clients across major European venues.
Apply software engineering practices from analysing trading requirements and developing features to automated testing and continuous deployment.
Ensure solution quality, security, reliability, and compliance by implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, provide L3 support, resolve incidents, and remediate root causes of risks and issues.
Use AI tooling such as GitHub Copilot in daily development and help automate repetitive engineering workflows with MCP-based integrations.
