DXC Technology seeks a senior consultant to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions for enterprise clients. The role covers full-cycle configuration, testing and deployment, including integration with Employee Central and payroll systems.
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 6–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including at least 4 years specializing in Time Off and/or Time Tracking.
- At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations involving EC Time Management.
- Experience implementing time management in at least two countries with differing statutory leave requirements.
- Hands-on experience with accrual rules, leave carryover policies, time valuation rules and multi-calendar time zones.
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
Obowiązki
- Configure Time Off, including leave types, time accounts, accrual rules, calendars, workflows and country-specific localizations.
- Configure Time Tracking, including time recording profiles, timesheets, valuation rules, approval workflows and reporting.
- Integrate Time Tracking with Employee Central and connect SuccessFactors Time Off / Time Tracking with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and third-party payroll providers.
- Collaborate with S/4HANA teams on hybrid time management landscapes, including CATS or Time Management.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and document configuration gaps.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks and test scripts; execute unit and integration tests and support UAT.
- Lead go-live readiness, including opening-balance migration, cutover planning and hypercare support.
- Perform quarterly SuccessFactors release impact analysis, manage regression testing and communicate with clients.
- Advise clients on labor law compliance related to leave and time recording, and support HR policy review workshops.
- Lead workshops, mentor junior consultants and advise on configuration best practices and the SAP Activate delivery approach.
