Product Designer (mid/senior)

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
• A strong portfolio and case studies demonstrating the ability to design products based on business goals and real user needs.
• Deep understanding of design processes and ability to create UI designs with accompanying style guides.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience in prototyping and/or creating micro-interactions.
• Experience working in a client-facing environment and ability to manage expectations, deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to leverage AI for prototyping and research synthesis while owning UX quality and usability decisions.
• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1).
• Team player with a can-do attitude and passion for constant self-improvement.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and conducting workshops for clients and co-workers.
• Knowledge of UX metrics and analytics tools such as Hotjar or UserTesting.
• Technical curiosity: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, or experience with 3D design.

• Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs, user flows and sustainable design systems/style guides based on business goals.
• Develop prototypes and micro-interactions to test and validate product ideas.
• Direct AI tools to accelerate research and prototyping while ensuring human intention drives UX quality.
• Work directly with clients to manage product expectations, timelines and design deliverables.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure technical viability and avoid over-engineering.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering open feedback and technical excellence.
