AI/ML Engineer

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience deploying predictive and classification models.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and machine learning libraries.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Ability to measure model performance in business terms.
• Strong analytical background and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Work experience in multi-client or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment automation.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).

• Design and develop predictive and recommendation models using AI/ML techniques including deep learning.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art machine learning methods.
• Evaluate model impact on business KPIs.
• Optimize data pipelines and model code using PySpark, Pandas, and MLflow.
• Write clean, production-ready code aligned with CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders across the entire machine learning lifecycle from data exploration to deployment.
