Lead ML Engineer

• 7+ years experience building and maintaining large-scale production ML systems.
• Proven ownership or significant contributions to products with tens of thousands of users.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and productionizing ML models at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative technical approaches.
• Experience leading technical discussions and setting team standards.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerization, microservice design, and distributed systems.
• Ability to identify and drive innovative solutions to complex research problems.

• Lead entire lifecycle of large-scale ML projects and products.
• Make architectural decisions for scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions.
• Drive cross-team collaboration in ML and engineering.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines and models.
• Set technical standards for scalable, testable, and high-performance applications.
