4+ years of professional QA experience in mobile games, ideally Unity-powered titles.
Deep understanding of mobile game development cycles (F2P, live ops, client-server models).
Strong experience testing across a variety of mobile hardware and OS versions.
Familiarity with Unity Editor tools for testing (logs, consoles, profiler basics, Addressable systems).
Knowledge of networking concepts (client-server communication, latency, offline behaviors).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear bug reporting is critical).

Nice to have:

Experience with geolocation games (e.g., Pokémon GO, Ingress) or games using real-world data.
Familiarity with basic automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Unity Test Runner).

Obowiązki

Create and manage detailed, scalable test plans for features, releases, live ops events, and patches.
Test core gameplay mechanics across various real-world locations and network conditions.
Validate builds across a wide range of mobile devices on Android and iOS.
Perform functional and end-to-end testing of the REST API using external tools like Postman and cUrl.
Identify, reproduce, and document bugs related to the Unity game engine components, asset loading (Addressables), UI/UX flows, and backend services.
Collaborate with engineers to identify areas suitable for test automation (e.g., smoke tests, login flows, UI validation).
Ensure new code does not break existing functionality via regression and release testing.
Simulate different network conditions (3G, 4G, WiFi loss) and verify real-world geolocation behavior (GPS drift, spoofing detection).
Write clear, reproducible bug reports and prioritize issues based on impact and severity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver on time and ensure quality player experiences.

Benefity

Full-time, work-from-office position in the historical railway station building in Kraków.
Opportunity to work on a global mobile hit impacting millions of players.
Collaborate with experienced developers from Google, EA, and major mobile gaming studios.
Engage with cutting-edge geolocation gameplay and AI-assisted game systems.
Learn live ops at scale and contribute to monetization efforts.
