Senior Software Engineer (CX)

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience with vanilla JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and KV stores (Redis).
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and distributed architectures.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platform (Kubernetes).
• English at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with graph databases (Neo4j) and vector databases (Milvus).
• Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks (spaCy, Transformers).
• Proficiency in compiled languages (Rust, Go, Java, C#).
• Experience with machine learning concepts and working with NLP datasets.
• Experience in building web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js) or desktop applications (Electron, Tauri).
