Senior Microsoft Platform/System Engineer (BN)

• 4 to 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with cloud (Azure), security, GDPR, compliance-related matters, and data labeling.
• Solid experience managing Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Purview.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards for cloud services.
• Knowledge of networking and identity management in a cloud environment.
• Experience in the Banking sector.

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 suite.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect M365 environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Handle M365 second-line incidents and requests.
• Collaborate within a cross-country M365 team working in an Agile way.
