Senior IT Project Manager

ASPER BROTHERS is a dev shop/software house located in the center of Warsaw with a team of 25 people. They work on diverse projects including SaaS HR startups, real estate valuation models supported by machine learning, nonprofit CRM solutions, fitness apps using sensors and Augmented Reality, and all-in-one tax and accounting apps.

• Extensive experience in Scrum methodology and project management
• Understanding of the software development cycle and ability to work with programmers
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with customers and programmers
• Experience with Atlassian products
• Highly developed soft skills
• Open-minded with ability to oppose when justified
• Fluent English (minimum C1/C2)
• Ability to manage time across multiple projects and roles including product owner, scrum master, and tester during sprint reception

• Collect requirements including journey mapping, event storming, and impact mapping sessions
• Prepare agile timetables and high-level user stories
• Prepare Statement of Work documents
• Brief development team and prioritize backlog items
• Refine stories and support backlog evaluation with developers
• Plan and prioritize sprints; define DoD and DoR
• Support and facilitate Scrum meetings and sprint reviews
• Manage testing and release acceptance processes
• Prepare release tracks and brief the development team
