Business Analyst with second language (German/Spanish/French/Italian/Polish)

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in project documentation development (WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&V, BRD, Business Cases)
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML
• Experience managing communication and stakeholders in software development projects
• Knowledge of UX principles and proficiency with Figma
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in system analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, integration analysis, and documentation)
• Experience managing changes to software requirements
• Knowledge of project risk management fundamentals
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Proficiency in a second foreign language (Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish) at B2 level or higher
• Analytical thinking and ability to propose optimization of complex business processes
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Proactiveness and genuine interest in the profession
