Senior Digital Engineering & R&D Consultant with German

• 6+ years of practical project experience in engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, or life sciences industries
• Experience in (partial) project management of complex transformation projects in an engineering environment
• Degree in engineering, IT, natural sciences, or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of product development and core processes
• Experience in strategy and organizational development within engineering
• Consulting experience in design, optimization, and implementation of product development processes
• Ability to identify and drive measurable cost reductions across the product lifecycle
• Knowledge of engineering IT and virtual product development
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) topics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English and solid German language skills

• Advise customers on engineering transformation including strategy, processes, methods, and change management
• Support strategy and transformation for product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM) and digital continuity, including digital twins
• Provide expertise in software and systems engineering
• Facilitate design, simulation, and verification processes
• Promote cross-functional collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and procurement
• Drive cost efficiency and cost reduction initiatives across engineering and R&D processes
