Digital Engineering & R&D Consultant with German

• Practical project experience in engineering, especially in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, or life sciences industries
• Experience in (partial) project management of complex transformation projects in engineering
• Degree in engineering, IT, natural sciences, or related field
• Knowledge of product development and its core processes
• Initial experience in strategy and organizational development in engineering
• Consulting experience in design, optimization, and implementation of product development processes is a plus
• Knowledge of engineering IT and virtual product development
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) topics
• Ability to combine technological understanding, strategic analysis, conceptual and implementation-oriented thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English and solid German skills

• Advise customers on engineering transformation including strategy, processes, methods, and change management
• Support strategy & transformation for product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM) and digital continuity topics including digital twin
• Consultant on software and systems engineering
• Guide design, simulation, and verification activities
• Facilitate cross-functional engineering collaboration across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and procurement
• Lead cost efficiency and cost reduction initiatives in engineering and R&D processes
