DevOps Engineer (GCP)

• Experience with GCP solutions.
• Ability to perform scripting work using Bash or similar languages.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or GitHub and continuous delivery/deployment tools like Octopus.
• Knowledge of Ansible for IT infrastructure automation.
• Experience using Terraform and implementing infrastructure as code.
• Awareness of containerized environments and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SRE, Service Management, and application life-cycle management.
• Proactive communication skills and ability to liaise with both business and IT stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of network connectivity.

• Automate and streamline deployment, management, and operation of infrastructure and applications in the Google Cloud Platform environment.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, configuration management systems, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Work in an Agile environment.
