• Join meetings/calls to take minutes, collate and distribute them, and take required actions.
• Manage extensive calendar scheduling daily.
• Prepare Power Point presentations and financial reports upon request.
• Arrange travel including documentation, logistics, accommodation, and approvals.
• Claim expenses for superiors and reconcile credit cards.
• Support various superior's projects by managing project logistics, resources, quotes, summaries, and status.
